This makes it easy for a team to work together. Students also tend to learn more when they are happy and relaxed as compared to when they are angry, depressed or anxious. The general environment of a student determines how much the student can learn as well (Goleman, 1996.)According to Mintzberg (1973), the manager has the leadership task to set a favourable environment for the organizations to work. There are primary and second themes, a connection part between them, and a closing part which introduced a new mode. A development implies themes development. It’s a reverse to exposition, because introduced themes are transforming here. When reprise, themes are sounding again, but with some changes with a view of themes’ development. By this structure a contrast and repetition are conveyed. It’s important, because they are two features symphony and sonata forms have in common.Second part usually is slower, and therefore it makes a contrast with a first part. This part can also be composed in a form of sonata, but more often it takes a form of rondo, or rondo-sonata. When it’s a rondo, a primary theme is repeated at least three times, and it intersperses with other, different from each other, episodes. It ends as it starts, with a primary theme. The formula describes the structure:In case of a rondo-sonata, the interspersion keeps, but they are primary and second themes which intersperse with each other. Scherzo is fast moving, and can be defined by themes’ roll calls, communication of instrumental parts and sudden steps, because originally, scherzo is an instrumental joke, a play. Yet it should be mentioned, that Beethoven is considered to be “a

The characteristics of a sincere and ethical leader have been described, so as to give the reader an idea as to what is expected of a person who follows Kantian sincerity and ethical guidelines.Kantian sincerity is based on good will. “…the sincere will is both good and autonomous”, according to Palmquist (2010:635). Palmquist writes in his book that Kantian’s good will considers acts to be virtuous, good, and sincere, by associating them with the moral law coming from within the person, rather than weighing the acts on some external principle, lying outside the person. Similarly, professional sincerity cannot be measured by a parameter defined by the external world- instead, sincerity will be measured by the person’s own good nature. The Kantian model helps us understand how professionals can generate professional sincerity or good will. It states that, although to be sincere means to work in accordance with one’s own nature, yet it does not mean that to be sincere is as easy as something done naturally. According to the Kantian model, to be sincere means to make efforts in committing sincere acts according to one’s own good will. Kantian moral law, which comes from within a person, is admirable, and personal good will is obedient to this moral law. Likewise, Kantian sincerity is obedient to personal good will. Kantian associates holy will with sincerity, and regard a sincere person as one who deserves a heavenly place. Professional sincerity has also got the same philosophy. When Kantian sincerity works with professional ethics, it becomes a part and parcel for the progress of an organization. Also, when this sincerity, which is valued by a person’s internal good will, is also recognized as a precious asset by the outside world, this is the point Assignment - marketing segmentation of Chef boyardee | Subjects: Marketing - High school Essay - Importance of Normal Distribution Curve and Its Applications in Psychology | Subjects: Psychology - Undergraduate

In the book, Gilligan (11-35) provides an immediate sensation that is embraced by the newly developed studies on women. The moral psychology as explained in the book straddles both philosophy and psychology by evaluating human’s approaches to ethical dilemmas. Gilligan shows much care while writing moral orientation, which is not aligned with gender, but on empirical relationship between different voices and women. Gilligan (100-114) argues that men make decisions regarding personal rights, and through such views, Gilligan argues that women are responsible for other individuals. Because of such imprinting and improvable notions, Gilligan draws women view in terms of connectedness, whereas men are viewed with regards to separation. As such, Gilligan seeks to elevate the status of such connectedness where she focuses on several studies performed by her colleagues (Gilligan and Richards 77-90).Carol’s works emphasize on sex differences in moral reasoning. It also focuses on the violence perspective, the resolution of sexual conflicts, and the abortion decisions (Gilligan 411-417). In the process of criminal justice, moral rules are desirable because they provide reliable guides for application in various circumstances. In criminal justice, ethics provides the grounds for reaching fair decisions in terms of law and for the sake of the criminal (Banks, 2004). It is also crucial to understand that ethics in criminal justice involves determining right and wrong in terms of human standards. Also, these two perceptions arise from the influences from parents, society or friends. Codes of conduct are influenced by religious beliefs and the law.Justice in human experience occurs as a process that moves within three concrete circles. The personal context represents the individual sense of justice. This context has the responsibility of examining the right or wrong and evil or good in life experiences. The second circle characterizes the community context for justice. This circle comprises the physical environment in which justice operates: urban, rural or suburban. It also includes the people in this system and their interactions. In the society, criminals do not operate in seclusion. Criminals require victims and circumstances. Crime relates to social conditions and circumstances through its subjectivity to the criminal justice system and the law. The social context of criminal justice ethics understands the necessity for recognizing criminals, not after the crime, but also through the comprehension of the environment and conditions that force people into crime. The social context of criminal justice ethics also involves the self-judgment of individuals in relation to others (Schneider, 2009).The third circle of criminal justice ethics involves the processes of criminal justice. This provides the only perspective for understanding criminal justice ethics. This circle requires the

Basically, these tales were orally passed down from generation to generation and more than a span of numerous centuries, undergone a lot of changes. Iliad and the Odyssey were attributed by the ancient world – two epics regarded as the earliest and greatest arts of Greek literature to Homer. It is believed that Homer was the first poet who decided to record these myths into written usage- this is estimated to be during the eighth century B.C, hence conserving them for generations of the future. Most people and generations after the famous Homer have not relaxed looking at these tales since they address common issues concerning humanity. These stories were told in order to explain the human behavior, problems that are commonly pressing most communities and the surrounding world. Besides elaborating religious and natural origins, these myths also served humans with their neighbors and people history. In the case of Greeks, the myths poured much light on their lives aspects and the way they had turned to be what they used to be.It is anticipated that Greek mythology evolved nearly to 1000 years even before the Roman mythology came to existence- Greek mythology origin are still not known . Caring Tools that expand the abilities of nurses to assess and evaluate clients in the various stages of health, illness and stress are particularly an important part of the knowledge that nurses should have and ultimately impact on the quality of healthcare. Besides this, Watson’s theory of human caring enables nurses to integrate mind-body-spirit dimensions of assessment tools hence delivering better services to patients. The advent of evidence-based practice means that the use of assessment tools is influenced by the data available on them in terms of cost, length, ease of use and suited populations. When using such data, it is also important to evaluate its validity to ensure that the correct assessment tools are utilized. This study will investigate all these aspects focusing on three assessment tools- Dysfunctional Attitude Scale, Health Self-Determination Index (HSDI) and the Spiritual Perspective Scale. The impact of these tools on assessment phase and quality care provided by nurses will be evaluated followed by their application to homeless individuals. Assessment Tools Dysfunctional Attitude Scale (DAS) This is an assessment tool that was developed to measure the pervasive/silent maladaptive cognitive vulnerability exhibited by depressed individuals (Antony and Barlow, 2010). It is based on the view that such depressed individuals bear negative attitudes with regard to life and this can be analyzed through determining the views of an individual to self, world and future.

For example: a major example of sensory adaption is that way an individual’s body becomes comfortable with the temperature or the weather. When human body comes in contact with hot water, the first experience is unpleasant and the body may experience a burning sensation, but as the body continues to be in contact with hot water, the body becomes comfortable with the temperature of the water. Memory Memory is a component of human body that comprises of three process including encoding, storage and retrieval. Encoding takes place when an individual processes information into his/her memory. For example: Remembering what was taught in class lectures due to access concentration towards the lecture defines the process of encoding. Information is then stored in three types of memory in three stages. Class lecture is stored first in the sensory memory though the sense of hearing. The lecture is then transferred to the short term memory with the assistance of process of rehearsing and in this stage human beings generate meaning of the information obtained. The lecture learned is then transferred to the long term memory where the stored lecture is recalled by students when they give exams or respond to instructor’s questions. The paper will emphasize on my change of perception towards intercultural relations and communication. This course has been quite helpful for my future career and personal life. Through this course, I have learnt important skills that have enabled me change my perception towards other people and their cultures. Reaction towards other cultures is the first determinant of intercultural relations. Although other forms of interactions determine intercultural relations, communication remains the most important factor (Lustig & Koester, 2010). Having a negative reaction or attitude towards people from a different culture is intrinsic to human nature. After going through this course, I have learnt that our cultural diversity is the basis of our strength. This has enabled me to have a positive attitude towards people from different cultural background. This has greatly improved my reaction towards people from different cultural backgrounds. Before taking this course, I considered intercultural communication as something almost impossible and unachievable. The course has enabled me to realize that the difficulty is just a perception. I have also learnt that positive attitude is beyond cultural barriers. Effective communication starts with effectiveness in basics of communication.

It is for this reason that it may be found out that most of the industries especially those involving manual processes such as pushing, pulling, lifting among others, are dominated by men. Consequently, men have over the years exploited these opportunities, which are numerous, to build themselves economically thereby leaving majority of women to depend on their male counterparts for support. This has facilitated men with an opportunity to exercise control and authority in terms of decision making and occupation of competitive positions in government and the society in general, leaving the women to act as subordinates and which is totally wrong (Friedman, 32). The first step would be to setup the profile for Sally’s administrators. In order to ensure that the administrators cannot make any changes that would adversely affect the computers themselves, the best bet is to setup the administrators on a standard user profile, instead of an administrator profile, as the administrator profile would have complete access to make any and all changes, while the standard use can use most software and change system settings that do not affect other users or the security of the computer itself. Once the standard user is setup, the next step is to setup the parental controls for that standard user, allowing for the use of games to be filtered out, and blocking any specific programs that she does not want the administrators to have access to, by setting the profile to only be able to use the programs from an allowed list, as specified by herself.

However, most of us do not understand the manufacturing processes and the materials used in the manufacture of some parts of an automobile. Eronen (2012, p.2) reveals that a typical automobile involves an assembling of about 15,000 parts ranging from a thin electrical wire to steel of aluminum wheels. The assembling of these components is what makes the cars we see on the roads. Automobile windshield is one of the most important components of an automobile. Windshields are important in automobiles because they help prevent strong wind from blowing out occupants in a car. In addition, windshields help keep occupants from being blown out of the vehicle in the event of a frontal impact, noted Neiger (2013). Further, windshields are an important component of an automotive since it prevents rainwater from entering the car, among other functions. In order for the windshields to be effective, designers normally ensure that it is property fitted onto the automobile body. Automotive windshields are made of glass material. However, the glass used in automobiles is not the same as those used in homes. Home windows, unlike automobile windows are made of standard type of glass that breaks easily when subjected to little stress.

principle of human social organization is made up of three basic elements: The appearance of the other with the self, followed by the identification of the other with the self, and lastly the searching of self-consciousness through the other (p. 253). The three elements of human social organization are enabled through mass communication. The theme in this reading is supported by the critical cultural theory. The theory argues that mass media establishes the status quo that defines social movements to bring about positive social change. The critical cultural theory illustrates that- communication occurs through a psychological process referred to as “mob-consciousness” (Baran & Davis, 2015). The psychological process is identified through a quantitative research method. An experimental approach is adopted to indicate how mob-consciousness is influenced by attitude and the surrounding environment. The quantitative research method was efficient and effective in establishing that a speaker has the ability to influence the general attitude of the audience. The research concluded that- communication occurs when one party assumes an attitude passed from another party and adjusts the attitude in respect to a particular aspect of the environment. It is also possible for network managers to restrict or otherwise bock the service for specific types of traffic or threats. (Herman 2006) These tools can be as simple as blocking certain domains from access using open dns or as sophisticated as virus and spyware protection software products. (Korzeniowsk 1998)However there can sometimes be too much control and blocking useful resources can result from over zealous network traffic mangers. Blocking VoIP is just one such threat that may be considered. Blocking peer-to-peer traffic is also another example of the general problem of this threatened innovation. This can also fall into the commercialization of networking. Often many telecommunications executives have threatened to charge extra fees for valuable services simply because they can by blocking the service otherwise. “As soon as a new application increases the value of network resources… or disproportionately draws upon those resources…BSPs [Binary Space Partitioning] may have the economic incentive to surcharge or degrade those services.” (Herman 2006) BSPs can therefore extort fees from users in direct proportion to thier perceived value of the new advancement. Conversely they can also block bandwidth-intensive mechanisms instead of upgrading their networks. “This systematically favours the technological status quo, reducing the competition for new online innovations and therefore reducing social welfare.” (Herman 2006) Many users have seen this on their existing network where upgrades and updates are avoided rather than spending extra money on new equipment to increase memory and bandwidth. As more and more management tools become available there has been a need for management of the management tools. An excellent example of this is Microsoft’s Small Business Server (SBS) toolbox of management software. Using the windows SBS console the network manager can add view, and edit users quickly and

Claude Monet’s painting, Impression Sunlight, relies majorly on diagonal lines. This is to clearly bring the effect of the sunrise.Impressionist majorly used asymmetrical balance in their paintings. This majorly helped them capture a good judgment on immediacy. They made their paintings in such a manner that one item visually balanced another item perfectly (Martin& Jacobus, 2011). Symmetry has been effectively used in Edouard Manet’s painting, ‘A Bar at the Folies-Bergere'. It features in few images in the painting. For example, the woman at the counter. The effect puts the lady and her job as the major aim of the painting as other objects have not been clearly brought out. Asymmetry has been effectively used in Pierre-Auguste Renoir’s painting, ‘Luncheon of the Boating Party’. He focuses more on the people at the table but still visibly shows that the boat had a number of people.
